What could we do in two hours?

One visit. Several jobs off the list.

Every home is different. You choose the priorities, or we recommend what needs attention first.

Gutters & drainage

Clear a blocked gutter, check the downpipe and flag any developing problem.

Doors & sealant

Adjust a sticking door and replace failed sealant around a bath, sink or window.

Home systems

Investigate a washing machine, cistern, extractor fan, pump or other everyday fault.

Garden & exterior

Repair a trellis, complete seasonal garden jobs or tackle a small outdoor repair.

Damp & prevention

Check an area of damp, photograph it and identify the most sensible next step.

Prepare a bigger job

Measure, photograph and write a useful brief before bringing in a specialist.

The time needed depends on access and the job. Tell us what is on your list and we will set realistic priorities before the visit.

Common questions

Clear answers before you join.

If your question is not here, send us the job list and we will tell you honestly whether Properly is the right fit.

What can the two hours be used for?

Suitable practical property jobs: minor repairs, maintenance, fault-finding, garden work, preventative checks or preparing a larger job for a specialist. We agree realistic priorities before each visit.

What is not included in £99?

Materials, disposal costs, specialist contractors and work beyond the included monthly time are separate. Anything additional is agreed before it is charged.

Will you do electrical, gas or other regulated work?

Only work that is safe and within our competence. Regulated, certified, major structural or specialist work is referred to an appropriately qualified professional.

Do I need to know what is most urgent?

No. Tell us what you have noticed and what is annoying you. We will help order the list based on safety, risk, deterioration and what can sensibly be achieved.

Can I use Properly without becoming a member?

Yes. Start with a one-off Home Check or ask about a specific property job. Membership is for customers who want ongoing help and continuity.
